Fashion nightmares or knock-outs: Part two

14 Jun

Okay, so a young boy writing about fashion received quite a bit of attention yesterday.

Someone posted that women too have to shave.  Okay, you’ve got me there, but FASHION is still overrated!

You rate these: nightmares or knock-outs?

Number One:

Number two:  (this could be my sister’s attempt)

See what happens when girls get too creative….

Either way you cut it, toilet paper = paper mache or mummy = NIGHTMARE!

Signing off,

Sam

Sam, there is a difference between high fashion and wearable fashion. Toiletpaper dress and eye outfit = high fashion and is just for show or shock. They are not ment to actually be worn. While somethings do filter down to wearable fashion, no one would wear anything made out of toilet paper or the eye thing because they are not tasteful or functional.

    Hi Erin,
So what’s the point of ‘high fashion’? If you can’t wear it and it be functional, why bother? It doesn’t make any sense to me. Good thing I’m a guy!

Haha…high fashion is kinda like concept cars. They are art and have no other perpous.

Ok…now this is where it gets interesting. Just because guys are not exactly fans of fashion doesn’t mean they can escape it. Those jeans and t-shirts would not exist without fashion. 😉

Erin, well you’ve got me there but jeans and t-shirts are better than the alternative, fig leaves….
